Available options for ENDUSTRI-GM blast machines are coarse particle sieves and vessel covers. Other options available on request.

It is important always to remember that compressor pressure is not nozzle pressure. The pressure drop in a blast hose is approximately 1 bar / 1.105 Pa every 40 metres. (In air hoses the pressure drops about 1 bar / 1.105 Pa per 50 metres). Blast production is related to nozzle diameter and air pressure. Overall, using the shortest hose lengths possible and hoses of a correct diameter can avoid pressure loss. As a rule the inside diameter of the hoses should be at least 3 times the nozzle orifice diameter. Always try to keep air and blast hoses free of sharp bends and curves. If long hose lengths are necessary, increase hose diameter.
